A & B Parking Lot Maintenance, Inc. began in 1988 as a residential asphalt seal coating business and quickly grew into a full service asphalt maintenance company. A family owned and operated business, A & B provides its customers with only high quality results and professional service. We are a fully insured, union company, serving the Chicago area, its suburbs and Northwest Indiana.
Company President, Dennis W. Basinger, is committed to the business that he founded. From inspection of the job site, to pricing, to supervision of work, from start to finish, Dennis' reputation is at stake and no job is too small for his personal attention. More often than not, Dennis will be found running the paver, driving the roller, hand shoveling or raking asphalt; supervising his crew and answering the questions of the customer.
